Carmen Almendros

 

Carmen Almendros, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor in Clinical and Health Psychology, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain.  Dr. Almendros received her degree from the psychology faculty of that university, where she was instrumental in organizing ICSA’s 2005 annual international conference at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.  Dr. Almendros is co-author of Ladrones de Libertad: Pseudoterapias “religiosas” New Age (with Carmen Rodriguez) and was the 2005 recipient of ICSA’s Herbert L. Rosedale Award, given in honor of her research into the development of measures relevant to cultic studies.  (carmen.almendros@uam.es)
